Italian-threaded bottom bracket shells are typically found on Italian-brand road bikes. The shell measures 70mm wide and has a 35mm inner diameter. This kit has all the pieces necessary to install 24mm diameter cranks, such as those from Shimano, FSA, and others into an ITA shell. CeramicSpeed bearings are pressed into threaded cups, then those cups are threaded into the frame. You choose whether you want yours equipped with Standard or Coated Bearings. Super-round, super-smooth CeramicSpeed balls rotate in hardened-steel races in both. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in longer life and lower drag. ITA BBs, thanks to the popularity of Italian road bike design, still have a following. The drive-side cup needs to be properly secured, but once that's done, the system is excellent. 24mm cranks work better when mated to our bearings. To make your bike as efficient as possible, you must reduce mechanical drag. Bottom brackets have a measurable effect on speed. CeramicSpeed balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. They run on smoother races, too. That means our Standard Bearing BBs have 75% less drag compared to typical bottom brackets. And, the bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings. These bearings come packed with All Round Grease. If you want less drag and are riding in cleaner environs, install lowest drag TT and Track Grease. If you're riding in wet conditions, more durable LongLife Grease can be put in. In The Box: - 2 threaded cups with bearings - 2 dust covers with built-in spacers - Spacer tube - 10ml syringe of All Round grease - Sticker sheet
$359.00 - $459.00
The BB30 standard opened up design possibilities for frames. Adapting it for Shimano cranks takes a special machined aluminum threaded bottom bracket that threads into itself. Ours are finished with CeramicSpeed Bearings. You have two choices in terms of bearings. The first choice is our low drag, long life standard bearing with hardened-steel races and our super-round CeramicSpeed Balls. The second choice is our coated bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. This bottom bracket works with cranks that have 24mm spindles. Bottom brackets have several variables, but within that, CeramicSpeed standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. That's thanks to balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The CeramicSpeed Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. Coated Bearings see another big bump in performance. The coated races see a 50% drag reduction and an improvement in bearing life of 60%. Performance can be tuned by changing the grease. All Round Grease comes installed, but can be changed for lower drag TT and Track Grease, or higher durability LongLife Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in the bearing when riding through messy conditions. In The Box: - 1 bottom bracket with bearings installed - 2 dust covers installed - 10ml syringe of CeramicSpeed All Round Grease - Sticker sheet
$459.00
The BB86 mountain bike standard was designed to integrate bearings into the bottom bracket for weight reduction. This kit works with the standard: it consists of two cups that are pressed into either side of the shell. There are two versions of this bottom bracket. Both come with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed into cups. The first is our long-life, low-drag Standard Bearing with hardened-steel races and our CeramicSpeed super-round, super hard balls. The second is our Coated bearing, which uses those same CeramicSpeed Balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. This CeramicSpeed BB86 Bottom Bracket meshes with cranks that have 24mm spindles, including both Shimano and FSA. CeramicSpeed standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That means an average 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. The hardened-steel races feature CeramicSpeed Balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The CeramicSpeed Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. Coated Bearings drop friction further and increase lifespan to applying a coating to the races. The coated races see a 50% drag reduction and an improvement in bearing life of 60%. In The Box - 2 bottom bracket cups with bearings installed - 2 dust covers with integrated spacers installed - Spacer tube - 10ml syringe of LongLife Grease - Sticker sheet

BBright is the Cervelo bottom bracket standard found on most of their frames, save the P5. In order to fit Shimano and FSA cranks into this oversized shell, this bottom bracket, complete with CeramicSpeed Bearings, needs to be pressed in. The BBright bottom bracket comes with either CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings installed. Super smooth, super-round CeramicSpeed Balls contained in hardened-steel races are found on both versions. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in lower drag and longer life. BBright is similar to BB30, but is wider on the non-drive side. As such, the bottom bracket for running 24mm diameter cranks from Shimano, FSA, and others, is unique. The CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. Thanks goes to hardened-steel races and CeramicSpeed Balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. These have a frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set, which represents an average 75% drag reduction compared to most BBs. The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings reduce drag by 50% compared to CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings, and show an improvement in bearing life by 60%. In The Box - 1 bottom bracket with bearings installed - 2 dust covers - 10ml syringe of All Round Grease - Sticker sheet

BSA is another way of stating English threading. The initialization comes from Birmingham Small Arms, which made bicycles. English threading on road bikes mean a 68mm-wide, 34mm-inside-diameter shell with reverse threading on the drive side. It's the most common threaded standard employed today. This kit allows you to fit 30mm cranks, like those from Rotor, to fit in the tight space of this 34mm spindle. Choose between two bearings types for the cups. Standard Bearings have low drag thanks to hardened-steel races and our CeramicSpeed Balls. Coated Bearings have those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. Note that the threaded extensions of this BB's cups that thread into the frame are thin, as they need to fit a 30mm spindle inside the cups. CeramicSpeed standard bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. That's thanks to balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings. In The Box: - 2 threaded cups with bearings installed - 2 1mm spacers - 2 0.5mm spacers - 2 dust covers - O-ring - 10ml syringe All Round Grease - Sticker sheet - Spacertube

The EVO386 standard is designed for oversized spindles. CeramicSpeed's kit for Shimano allows you to install Shimano or FSA cranks with 24mm spindles. The cups come with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed. Both CeramicSpeed Standard and Coated Bearings are available. Both utilize super smooth CeramicSpeed Balls and hardened-steel races. The latter has an additional metallic coating on the races to further smooth and harden the steel, further increasing life and lowering drag. The design of overlapping cups extending through the shell for EVO386 reduce the likelihood of creaking and increase the reliability of the system. The CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings feature an average drag reduction of 75% compared to stock bottom brackets. That translates into frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set, which is the result of great design, hardened-steel races, and ceramic balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings are a step up as they reduce drag by 50% compared to our Standard Bearings and an improvement in bearing life by 60%. All Box One and Two cranksets are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. we all know that there is no use pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t deliver most of that power to the rear wheel. During the creation of our cranks, we were obsessed with Power delivery AKA pedaling stiffness. To reduce lateral deflection at the bottom bracket we chose to enlarge the spindle and the crank arm’s interfaces. We robbed material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress. Not only are you going to be more efficient with power delivery, but you’ll also feel the instant response of acceleration. Seen through another lens, less energy will be required to achieve the same elapsed time. Key differences: The Box One M30 crankset is just as tyrannical as its big brother the Box One M35. Since it's designed for the smaller rider the now 30mm spindle is as extreme to a smaller rider as the 35mm is to a burly world champion. The crank arms are hollow-forged but reduced in size for their application. It is possible to add too much stiffness where the rider will not feel the benefits. Going beyond that point simply adds material which is surplus weight. We’ve removed the stabilizer rings from the spider and removed unneeded material from its legs. These cranks are engineered for smaller-sized racers. FEATURES - Oversized Technology™ - Hollow Forged Design - Large 30mm Alloy Spindle - Self-Extracting Crank Bolt System IMPORTANT NOTES - BB86 frames require Praxis™ part 86-4001B or 86-4001W. - BB30/PF30 frames require Praxis™ part 68-4001R or 68-5401R. - T47 frames require Praxis™ part 47-0000. - Do not use pedal washers when installing pedals onto these cranks. M30-M cranks were designed to be used without pedal washers. COMPATIBILITY - Box Two Chainring - Box One Chromoly Chainring Bolts - Box One 7075 Alloy Chainring Bolts - Box Two Oversized bottom bracket M30

The Box Two M30-P crankset is a slightly less acute embodiment of our Oversized technology for cranksets. We squeeze in a show-stopping Praxis™ made 30mm that’s been cold-forged from 7075 T6 aluminum and then painstakingly ground to precision. You’ll be relieved to know this will all fit in a European bottom bracket. The crank arms and spider are poached from the Box One M35 model and as a result, you get all that hollow-forged generosity to help you put that power down. These cranks are engineered for the larger-sized racers. - Oversized Technology™ Hollow Forged Design - Oversized 30mm Alloy Spindle - Self-Extracting Crank Bolt System - 4-bolt 104 BCD Spider with Flex-Resistant Ring - External BSA 30mm BB Included - Weight: 28.6oz - Drive Side Compatibility: Right Hand Drive - Crankset Style: 2-Piece - BB Style: Euro - Chainring BCD: 104 - BB Included: Yes

The new SRAM DUB crank standard, built on a 28.99mm spindle, allows for a more contamination-resistant BB design while retaining the ultra-efficient & long-lasting qualities CeramicSpeed Bottom Brackets are known for. With an integrated dust cover for all models, the snug & secure fit not only fully protects the face of the bearing, but also delivers exceptional performance without any sacrifices. CeramicSpeed hand-built bearings carry the load from crank to frame with unparalleled durability & efficiency. The SRAM DUB crank spindle requires the bearing contact points to be in a set and designated width, and all CeramicSpeed bottom Bracket options perfectly match the bearing placement on the crank spindle with the required frame interface for nearly any model of bike. Without the use of unnecessary adapters or spacers, a quiet & stable platform is ensured throughout the life of the product. The BBright for SRAM DUB Road comes in two versions. The first is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing with hardened-steel races and our super-round CeramicSpeed balls. The second is our Coated Bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. Compatible with: - Frame: BBright - Opening diameter: 46mm - Shell width: 79mm In the box: - 2 cups with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed - 2 dust covers - Spacer-tube - 4 x 1mm spacers - 10ml syringe of CeramicSpeed All Round Grease - Sticker sheet
$359.00
This bottom bracket is perfect for when you have a PF30, BBright, or 386EVO shell frame and want to install a crank with a 30mm spindle into the frame. All these frame standards have a 46mm inner diameter and smooth insides, though the widths vary from 68mm to 86mm. This bottom bracket features nearly zero loss of power due to friction, thanks to the CeramicSpeed's incredibly efficient bearings. Choose either our Standard or Coated Bearings—both have super-round, super-smooth CeramicSpeed balls rolling on hardened-steel races. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making them even harder and smoother and resulting in longer life and lower drag. They come installed in cups. 30mm spindles on cranks are increasingly popular because of the high stiffness and low weight. 46mm inner diameter bottom brackets are popular for the freedom they offer designers in building frames. Because of the variety of widths, the cups here extend into the shell and come with a telescoping spacer tube to further seal and stiffen the system. The bottom bracket is already stiff thanks to hard ceramic bearings and hardened-steel races. Thanks to CeramicSpeed, it also generates nearly zero drag. Standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction versus conventional BBs. The bearings also last at least 3x longer than other bearings. You can change the grease to fine-tune your BB's performance characteristics. TT and Track, All Round, and LongLife are greases CeramicSpeed designed. The first has the least drag, while the last is the most durable. All Round, in the middle, comes standard in road bearings. In The Box - 2 cups with bearings installed - 2 1mm spacers - 2 0.5mm spacers - 2 dust covers - O-ring - Spacer tube - 10ml All Round Grease - Sticker sheet

$339.00
The BB30 bottom bracket allows you to pair 30mm spindle cranks to 42mm inner diameter bottom bracket shells. Cannondale pioneered this standard along with specially-designed cranks and many have found the benefits to them. Road versions have a 68mm width, MTB has 73mm. These are also the bearings you can use to replace bearings in PF30 cups. You have two bearing choices. The first choice is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing, with hardened-steel races and our super-round CeramicSpeed balls. The second choice is our Coated Bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. BB30 was designed to make the bike lighter: no cups, threading, or redundant metal, plus a lighter, stiffer crank. That's why the crank spindle is 30mm, which was a big jump up from square-taper spindles. CeramicSpeed standard bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. That's thanks to balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. In The Box - 2x bearings - 2x 1mm spacers - 2x 0.5mm spacers - 2x dust covers - O-ring - 10ml syringe of grease - Sticker sheet
