All Box headsets are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. As we follow the load paths down the handlebars, through the stem-to-bar interface, we arrive at the headset focal point. Since any steering stiffness can easily be lost to headset play, we have concentrated our attention on manufacturing tolerances and quality of materials for the bearing, CNC bearing cover, and crown race. Now that this junction is steadfast you can rest assured that your cockpit’s steering stiffness will transfer onto the fork. They include two-tone, dual-compound pads that feature a unique finned design that helps improve airflow. All Box stems are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. As we follow the load paths down the handlebars we have focused our attention on the stem-to-bar interface. Since the Oversized handlebars have an increased wall thickness and tube diameter in this sector we have reciprocated with an augmented stem interface with greater surface area. We’ve done this by moving material from low stress areas. This has greatly minimized twist and contributed to responsiveness. As the stem in mated with the handlebars we have contributed to increased pedaling stiffness by providing a backstop to the “lifting” phenomenon. There is no point pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t pull up on your handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost to handlebar-to-stem deflection and the consequences can be poor power delivery and steering control. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency. Key differences: In this particular model stem we’ve tailored the Oversized strategy to favor utility and access. The geometry has been altered to allow for easy handlebar removal while at the same time scavenging material from low stress zones. Ideal for those who don’t want to compromise on user experience to gain performance. These stems are engineered for the larger-sized racers.

The Box Three E-Bike Cassette offers high gears with more teeth to withstand the rigors of modern E-Bike riding. Adding an extra tooth to each of the three highest gears provides increased durability and decreased wear by distributing the load over a larger area! The Box Three E-bike cassette draws from both of its Box One and Box Two siblings to create a sensible all-rounder. All cogs are stamped from steel and subsequently, the larger ones are pinned to steel spiders. The main difference here versus Box Two is the use of additional weight-reducing holes on the cogs. There is more to our carbon headsets than their striking good looks. From top to bottom, Box One™ Carbon Headsets was designed to perform. All Box One and Two cranksets are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. we all know that there is no use pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t deliver most of that power to the rear wheel. During the creation of our cranks, we were obsessed with Power delivery AKA pedaling stiffness. To reduce lateral deflection at the bottom bracket we chose to enlarge the spindle and the crank arm’s interfaces. We robbed material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress. Not only are you going to be more efficient with power delivery, but you’ll also feel the instant response of acceleration. Seen through another lens, less energy will be required to achieve the same elapsed time. Key differences: The Box One M30 crankset is just as tyrannical as its big brother the Box One M35. Since it's designed for the smaller rider the now 30mm spindle is as extreme to a smaller rider as the 35mm is to a burly world champion. The crank arms are hollow-forged but reduced in size for their application. It is possible to add too much stiffness where the rider will not feel the benefits. Going beyond that point simply adds material which is surplus weight. We’ve removed the stabilizer rings from the spider and removed unneeded material from its legs. Shifty is a small but extremely effective little device for your SRAM 1x11 or 1x12 rear derailleur. Particularly when riding in wet and muddy conditions, we found out, that SRAM rear derailleurs lack shifting accuracy, due to the fact that the original pulley rotates with its plastic body on a steel axle. The pulley experiences extensive friction, when dirt, water or mud come into play and causes lack of precision or even "ghost-shifting", because the rear derailleur is not able to react smoothly to the trigger´s action, since the shifting cable can not move freely. BikeYoke Shifty features an anodized 6061-T6 aluminum body, which encloses a stainless steel bearing for ultra low friction, even when playing in the dirt. BikeYoke presents the REVIVE dropper post, featuring one of the most brilliant design features in dropper post design in many years. More than 10 years of experience in drop-post design went into the “REVIVE” and the development has finally paid off. Of, course, just as many other companies, BikeYoke would say, that REVIVE is reliable and strong and smooth. And yes, REVIVE is all of that, but not because we tried to improve current designs, but because we were thinking outside of the box and created a new concept, that is completely different from everything before. To understand the benefits over other posts you have to know about the problems of many current designs first. Many of the popular current seatpost designs are based on a hydraulic lockout-system that relies on a perfectly sealing IFP (Internal Floating Piston), separating oil from air to prevent the seatpost from getting sagging or bouncing. There are a lot of difficulties to overcome when using an IFP because an IFP has to maintain 100% sealing function. If air could go to the oil side, your post will start becoming springy. This happens to a lot of posts in the market already and is the main issue why posts need to be serviced. That´s why BikeYoke´s “REVIVE” features a NON-IFP design, because we think it is too difficult - if not impossible - to make a really reliable design using an IFP. REVIVE only requires 2 dynamic seals in the hydraulic circuit: The shaft sealing and the main piston sealing for the lockout mechanism. The highly critical IFP has been removed, and with it the need of perfect concentricity and finish of the sealing surfaces of the tubes. The lack of an IFP also results in the smoothest action you can think of. The most important and ground-breaking feature of Revive is its “REVIVE-VALVE”. Even REVIVE can get air somewhere where it does not belong. This can happen for example when you actuate your seatpost while its upside down. And here is where the patented RESET VALVE comes into play: - Insert a 4mm Hex Key into the REVIVE hex port, turn it and push down the post by hand. - This will reset your hydraulic circuit on the fly - whenever. wherever. This is done just within a few seconds and only by the turn of a 4mm Allen key or the integreated mini reset lever, that comes with the post - of course without even having to remove your drop post from your bike. So, now one might already understand that: - No external air will want go inside the post´s hydraulic circuit, since it is charged with higher pressure, than its surroundings. - No oil will go out (or at least very very little oil over the curse of a long time), because of very stable sealing - external sealing has never been a real problem of current post design - The hydraulic system can be reset to “new” via the unique “REVIVE-valving” - This means the hydraulic circuit is a very stable closed system and basically maintenance free. Still there are parts that will need to be serviced sooner or later and when designing REVIVE it was put a lot of attention to maximum user-friendly serviceability: - Bushings and keyway pins will wear over time.
