Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of arrival. Items must be in the same condition as received. Item with missing contents (packaging, parts, etc.) will either be refused for return or a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. All product and order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
To return an item, simply include a copy of your Sales Invoice with a description of why you are making the return to:

Shipping
We will ship items within the same or next business day. Orders received after 3:00 EST time will be processed the following business day. If
your item arrives damaged please take pictures, save all your packaging
and contact us immediately. Damaged items must be reported within 48
hours.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 on all products excluding bicycles, spin bikes, trailers, or any other oversized items to US Ground addresses. Oversized item shipping price will be determined at checkout.
We will try to ship all items together, but packaging circumstances might prevent this. Orders are typically processed and shipped after all items are available to ship. Split shipments are only available by direct request and UBC approval.
International
Shipping does not include the taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. The purchaser is responsible for making the payment when fees are applicable. Please contact your local customs office for a quote on taxes and duties. International shipping amounts vary widely from country to country. Please contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote for your products and country.
Bicycle Shipping and Packaging
Unless otherwise stated, all bicycles are shipped in a partially assembled state. This typically means that the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, seat, and rear derailleur are removed. Reassembly usually requires only an adjustable wrench and allen wrenches. In some cases, the pedals require a thinner profile wrench (pedal wrench or cone-style wrench). Assembly can take between 10 and 30 minutes, and then you'll be ready to ride your new bike!
We ship all bicycles via UPS unless otherwise stated. Because there are additional charges on oversized items, we have to charge a flat rate of $45 for road bikes, hardtail mountain bikes, bmx bikes, and other "standard-size" bikes. On larger bicycles, such as long-travel mountain bikes, flat-foot cruisers, tandems, exercise bikes, and other "large-size" bikes, we must charge a flat rate of $100. The oversize item pricing structure is dictated by UPS, and we will not charge over the flat rate for the item.
